• Observatory tour at IERCOO, Medinipur (food and accommodation for a night on a double sharing basis; sky watching with Telescopes at IERCOO, Sitapur, West Medinipur) is complimentary with each course
• Hands-on experience of sky-watching through professional telescopes under the supervision of experts is an essential component for all the courses
• Interactive teaching for convenience of professionals and amateurs alike
• Student assessment will be based on a written test and viva voce at the end of the course
• Merit certificates and token awards will be issued to the three top scorers in the final test
• Attendance certificate will be provided to the interested participants
• Completion certificate will be issued by the institution to individual students at the end of the course at a valedictory function

Payment can be done through UPI / Bank transfer / cheque / DD drawn in favour of "Indian Centre for Space Physics, Kolkata" (payable at Kolkata). The fee structure includes registration, admission and course charges.
• Students can personally pay the prescribed fee (payable by Bank Transfer/UPI/cheque/DD/cash)
• Admission is not guaranteed till payment is made in advance.

• a) Only accomodation on sharing basis Rs. 500 per day b) Single room Rs. 1000 per day C) Monthly single Rs. 5000.00 and sharing Rs. 4000.00 extra need to pay
